Arsene Wenger...a true leader

Leadership is plainly defined as, "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". One of the people I look up to in the "leadership" context is the coach of my favourite football team, Arsenal, Arsene Wenger. He is a very charismatic leader, and he stood by his decisions through thick and thin. That is a quality of leadership called taking responsibility for both wins and losses. He had also showed another quality of a true leader by admitting whenever he had made a mistake, and taking ownership of it.

  1. Well said Elijah! a good leader should always stand firm to his/her decisions and have a vision, a drive and a commitment to achieve that vision, and the skills to make it happen.
